☆In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the commencement date, full refund

☆In case of cancellation within 4 - 2 weeks before the commencement date, 50% of the rent

☆In case of cancellation within 2 - 1 week before the commencement date, 75% of the rent

☆In case of cancellation within 1 week before the commencement date, 90% of the rent

☆ In case of cancellation on the commencement date, no refund

☆No open fires

 

Security Deposit

 

☆R 500 - will be refundable 10 days after departure

 

Cleaning fee

 

☆If accommodation is not left in accordance with the house rules - Extra charges will be made of an additional R 1,000
